It generally takes around 20 minutes to set up a booth. This time can vary depending on the available access and if there are stairs etc.. All our booths however are set up with plenty of time before your booking starts. We know the last thing you need before an event is stress from a supplier so the booths are set up a couple of hours before your hire is due to start. We are also flexible with delivery times if your venue has a limited time frame of when we can get access.
Our photo booth hire systems are extremely user friendly and very easy to operate. They all run off a simple to use touch screen and you are prompted through the whole experience. Simply select your chosen props, step into or up to the booth, choose the colour selection with the touch screen and pose for the photos. The booth will count you down for each of the 3 or 4 pictures depending on your chosen template and once the photos have been taken your photo strip is quickly printed and ready to be collected from the side of the booth. On delivery our staff member will also go through the operation of the booth and answer any questions you may have.
The photo strips that our booths produce are of a fantastic quality. We only use high resolution DSLR cameras and thermal printers providing you with a complete photo studio right at your event. The photos taken are of a very high quality and this also provides you with the option to reprint great photos from the USB that is provided at the end of the hire.
When fully assembled our enclosed photo booths are approximately 1.5m wide by 2m long and 2.1m high. However we would need some additional space to be able to set up the red carpet, bollards and all the props. There are many different ways we can do this if the actual set up area is limited. In order to set up a booth we will require at least 80cm (which is a standard doorway). If there are steps we will also need to be advised when you make your booking.

For us to be able to deliver a slushy machine for your next party we require just a 70cm clear access to where you would like the machine set up. If there are any stairs please advise us on booking, however this is not generally an issue. We need a sturdy wooden or steel table to place the machine on, no plastic trestle tables please as these will not take the weight. The machines require at least 30cm of clear space around them once set up to allow plenty of air flow (failure to do this will result in slower freezing times).
The daiquiri machines can be set up in only about 10 minutes. Your delivery driver will wheel the machine in on a trolley and place it on the provided table. The machine is then filled with the cocktail or slushie mix and set to freeze and that’s it! The freezing times are as follows:
- Single bowl machine 1 hour
- Twin bowl machine 1 – 1.5 hours
- Triple bowl machines 1.5 – 2 hours
You certainly can add alcohol however as we do not have a liquor license you will need to provide this yourself as we cannot supply it to you. All our flavour specify what type of alcohol to add and as a general rule it is between 1 – 1.5 L per bowl. Also when adding the alcohol please wait until the mix has frozen as this will greatly increase the freezing time of the mix.
We do require you to flush the machine with cold water however you do not need to clean the machine. The slushie machines need to be completely pulled apart to be cleaned and this is done by our staff at our warehouse.
